| First Aid Level One Course – M1 Target group:- Companies wishing to comply with the OHS Act (1:50)
Duration: - 16 hours plus 2 hours evaluation (practical, theoretical, oral)

- Artificial respirations
- One man Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation
- Airway obstruction
- Wounds and bleeding
- Shock, unconsciousness and fainting
- Fractures and splinting
- Burns
- Head and spinal injuries
